Terms of use

Last updated 21 October 2026

The short version

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Crypto Rabbit Hole Productions ("we", "us"), the makers of The Crypto Rabbit Hole® trading card game ("the game"). By playing, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. You must be 13 or older to play, and under-18s need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.

2. Accounts

3. Carats and in-game items

4. Buying things

5. The HODL Club

6. Cards on Deck-0 and wallets

7. Fair play

Don't:

If you do, we may remove rewards gained unfairly, reset progress, or suspend or close the account. Where it's a serious breach we don't have to refund paid items, except as Australian Consumer Law requires.

8. Our content

The game, its cards, characters, art, music, code and The Crypto Rabbit Hole® name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots, clips and the share images the game makes, for non-commercial purposes, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the game.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the game running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and features may change. We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top and announce big changes in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

10. Our responsibility to you

Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have a problem fixed if it's not a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is"; we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of South Australia, Australia. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we'll try to sort it out. Otherwise, the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under the law where you live.
