Refunds and cancellations
Last updated 21 October 2026
The short version
- Cancel the HODL Club any time from the Shop: no more charges, and you keep it to the end of the month.
- Charged twice, charged by mistake, or something you bought didn't arrive or doesn't work? We'll fix it or refund you.
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Cancelling the HODL Club
- Open the game and sign in.
- Go to Shop and choose Manage or cancel.
- Cancel in the secure Stripe page that opens.
You won't be charged again. Your Club benefits continue until the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't usually refund part-months, but if you were charged for a renewal you didn't mean to keep, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
Bundles and items
Bundles are digital items delivered to your account as soon as you pay, and every bundle shows exactly what's in it, so we don't normally refund a change of mind. We will always fix the problem or refund you if:
- you were charged more than once, or charged without completing a purchase;
- the item didn't arrive in your account, or doesn't work as described, and we can't fix it quickly;
- we permanently remove an item you paid for and can't replace it with something of equal value;
- the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a refund (for example, a major failure).
Card packs on Deck-0
Crypto Rabbit Hole card packs are sold by Deck-0 on their own website, on the ApeChain blockchain. Blockchain purchases can't be reversed by us; please see Deck-0's own terms and support.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@thecryptorabbithole.io (or see Contact for our other channels) with the email address you sign in with, what you bought, roughly when, and what went wrong. Don't send card numbers: the date and amount are enough for us to find it. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, we may suspend the items it paid for while the dispute is open.
